AVENGERS ORIGIN #3 (OF 5) - The ret-con of the Avengers’ origin continues. Two issues down and the story thus far has been entertaining without straying too far from the original tale and the art has been a real win.
AVENGERS PRIME #1 (OF 5) - The little, teeny-tiny short story in the Heroic Age sampler left pretty high expectations for the Hawkeye & Mockingbird series. This promises to be the greatest troubled-archer and girl named after a bird series since, uhm, the last troubled-archer and girl named after a bird series. I guess it’s a good thing that one over in the DCU ended a few months ago, eh? And if that weren’t enough Marvel solicitations hint at the WCA. That’s right! The West Coast Avengers! Really? You know you want to at least see how this story looks.
